It's a hot time for Cape Cod real estate! This is the time of year when
everyone is thinking about summer on the Cape. There is so much beauty on Cape Cod to fall in love with and all it has to offer.

Many people wish they could afford a home on Cape Cod and then some little voice in their heads tell them "forget it". So they forget it, because they don't think they can afford it. They think they need this huge down payment or that they need closing costs which equal roughly 3% the loan amount and they tell themselves to forget that dream home on Cape Cod.

Well I sure do wish the "forget Cape Cod" people would call me. It is so easy to get a mortgage now. You literally don't need any money accept to bind the offer, which in some cases is reimbursed at closing.

I remember years back when I first started in real estate, you needed A-1 credit and at least 5% down, closing costs and a good job that you had for at least 2 years. No longer.
